Even though I wasn’t in the park, I can’t begin to explain how much fun the Winter Classic was. I got to another party for the second year in a row, the weather was perfect, and after the game, we all went down to Kenmore Square to take in the scene. The fact that the Bruins won in overtime? Just perfect.
I always thought these outdoor games were a great homage to an earlier time in hockey.
